  • Parking on-street only.  NW is a very busy neighborhood with an extremely high walkscore.  If you can do without a car, you're better off.
  • Non smokers only: Our application requires you to certify that you are a non-smoker.  This is a 100% non-smoking property.
  • We Pay all utilities - water, sewer, garbage, electric, heat, hot water, wifi.  We have a special formula for generously calculating the winter heating bill.  Most residents end up paying nothing. If you use a crazy amount of heat, you would end up paying something towards the cost (nobody has been charged for heat in years).
  • Startup Costs: Application fee=$35 per adult.  Move-in = one month rent plus $1500 fully refundable security deposit.
  • Lease term one year then month-to-month.  Shorter term leases possible at higher cost.  Email to discuss.
  • 2-year rent guarantee. No rent increases for at least 2 years guaranteed in writing.  Just try to find another place offering that!
  • E-Pay required: We require electronic payments for rent.  Our service provider is Dwolla and there is no cost to you (details at our website).
  • Pets Will be considered.  See our pet policy.

  • Note - there is no built-in oven for this space.  If you're a baker, run away now!  We do provide a high quality countertop "oven" ... but it's not the same as a built in.  Don't plan on cooking a turkey.
